Johnson Financial Group's Johnson Insurance unit has purchased independent insurance company Financial Life Cycles Inc. of Green Bay.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in a press release from Racine‐based Johnson Financial.
The combination is expected to provide clients of Financial Life Cycles a broader range of services, said Jenilyn Viestenz of Financial Life Cycles. Viestenz and her husband, Jon, purchased the company in 2012, according to the FLC website.
“With the rapidly changing employee benefits environment, we want to provide our clients with access to a portfolio of business solutions," Viestenz said. "This move gives our clients greater access to a wide range of financial solutions through Johnson Financial Group’s breadth of services.”
Johnson Insurance is a part of Johnson Financial Group, a privately held, family‐owned, financial services company that offers employee benefits, commercial and personal insurance, banking, and wealth management services.
