Q:  What is FinanceWorks™?
A:  FinanceWorks™ is a free, secure, online personal financial management tool that will centrally manage all of your accounts, including those you may have with other financial institutions and retailers. It can help you track spending, create budgets, organize your bills and make payments.

Q:  Is there a fee for using FinanceWorks™?
A:  No. FinanceWorks™ is a free, online personal financial management tool offered to Johnson Bank clients through online banking.

Q:  Do I have to have Online Banking to enroll for FinanceWorks™?
A:  Yes. You must have an online banking account in order to enroll for FinanceWorks™. Talk to your Johnson Bank Representative to learn more about Johnson Online Banking and to enroll, or simply sign-up online.

Q:  What should I do if I have questions about how to use FinanceWorks™?
A:  Assistance is available for you several ways.  To get help online, you can simply click on the SUPPORT icon within any of the FinanceWorks™ pages.  You can also call the Johnson Customer Support Center at 1.888.769.3796.

Q:  Is FinanceWorks™ secure?
A:  Yes. You can access and manage your account with confidence knowing we've protected your information with some of the most intelligent encryption systems available. And, for an added degree of protection, your password will be known only by you and can be changed at your discretion. (Never share your password or security codes, and do not write them down in a place where the information can be accessed by others.)

Q:  Will I be able to import transactions older than 90 days for each of my accounts?
A:  Your Johnson Bank accounts will have 90 days of transaction history available to you. Your ability to import transactions older than 90 days with other retailers and financial institutions will depend upon if they make them available. 

Q:  What types of accounts will I be able to “access” within FinanceWorks™?
A: Below is a list of the account types you can access from Johnson Bank and at other financial institutions:

 • Checking, Certificate of Deposit, Money Market, Savings
 • Credit Card, Mortgage, Loan, Line of Credit
 • Taxable Investment, Tax-deferred Investment (i.e. 401(k), 403(b), IRA, Keogh, and SEP accounts and college funds like 529 plan accounts)*

*Please note you may not be able to view or there may be limited availability depending on the financial institution and you may not be able to see every detail of your Taxable Investment, Tax-deferred Investment account from third parties.

Q:  What software do I need to view and use FinanceWorks™?
A: In order to access, view and use FinanceWorks™ you must have an up-to-date Internet browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (7.0 or 8.0, includes AOL 8.0 & 9.0), Firefox 3.0 or Safari 3.0, and Adobe® Flash® Player version 9 or later.

Q:  Can I access information from my other financial institutions while using FinanceWorks™?
A: Yes. FinanceWorks™ provides access to thousands of other financial institutions, allowing you a complete view of your accounts, loans and credit cards all in one place.

Q:  I have a Johnson Bank credit card.  How do I add the card as an account?
A: You will find your Johnson Bank Credit Card account under Elan Financial Credit Card.  By using your username and password you will have access to your credit card information through FinanceWorks™.

Q:  I’ve noticed multiple listings for some financial institutions.  How do I know which one to select?
A: Some financial institutions may have multiple listing for different reasons.  Please select the listing that best fits your account or call your financial institution to identify the best listing for your individual situation.

Q:  Can I share my Online Banking password with my joint account owner or Power of Attorney so they can have access to my FinanceWorks™ information?
A:  Johnson Bank highly recommends that you do not share your Online Banking login and password with anyone.  In order to protect your privacy, joint account owners should register for Online Banking and Bill Payment services individually.  Johnson Bank will only provide online banking support to the individual who registered for the Online Banking Service(s).

Q:  What if I decide to cancel FinanceWorks™?  How do I cancel my FinanceWorks™ service?
A: You may cancel your FinanceWorks™ service by following the procedures within FinanceWorks™ settings or by contacting your Johnson Bank Representative or the Johnson Customer Support Center at 1.888.769.3796.
